There
is silent revolution creeping all over the world. More and more
people are learning meditation and practising individually and
in global meditation occasions. One lamp
can light up many other lamps, one great soul can awaken
countless other souls.
“Spiritual
but Not Religious”
category is increasing and deserves attention. No, they're not just
atheists. A fifth
of Americans check “none” on surveys of religious preference.
Under age of 30 a full third check “none.” In the last five
years, the unaffiliated have increased from 15% to 20% of all U.S.
adults. It is clearly also the story of the ascent of “spirituality.”

The number of individuals claiming to be religious fell from 77% to
68% between 2005 and 2011, while atheist rose by 3% – bringing
non-believers to 13%. Very few societies are more religious today
than they were 40 or 50 years ago, but this might not count the
spiritual people. In

most people don’t believe in God, but paranormal and superstitious
beliefs tend to be higher;

religion die out soon? 67% Say Yes so far;

Religion
could disappear by 2041
because people will have replaced God with possessions, claims
leading Irish psychologist. A study into the beliefs of people living
in 137 countries, found atheism increases in more developed places as
people become increasingly materially rich.

In
Australia reporting “no religion” increased 6.8 % between 2001
and 2011. About half of those are less than 30 years old. Estonian
people only 14 % are religious and in Egypt almost 100 %.
Why
would religions die off?
More
and more starseeds and
indigo children are born, their
origin is
from advanced planets or higher
spiritual
dimensions, so they don't have interest for religions. Today, parents
give children the choice to believe in any religion or non.
Multicultural families and societies may not emphasize just
only
one religion.
Recently
exposed
crimes that religious leaders and authorities have done are
turning people to leave their church. Many wars have been waged,
because of religious reasons, which
also turn people away from religions.
Education at
present time in
schools give more choices for
wider beliefs.
Internet
information
makes
to think more rationally, religions
may seem irrational. But
I think it is mainly the inner yearning that
brings people in touch of spirituality. The human race is thriving
towards spirituality as a whole.
Sarkar believed
that religions will die when science proves reincarnation. He
also mentioned that if human fear is removed
through logic and reason, the very basis for blind faith will be
weakened.
More
from Sarkar: Religion is based on dogma-centred
philosophy. Once matter-centred philosophies (communism, capitalism)
have been vanquished, the strength of religious dogma will be
naturally weakened and finally eliminated. The dogma-centred,
matter-centred and self-centred theories will be replaced by
spirituality in the very near future.
Science
students understand the reason for a lunar or solar eclipse. They
know that the eclipse does not occur because the sun or moon has been
devoured by the mythological demons Ráhu and Ketu. Yet some rush to
take a holy bath in the Ganges during the eclipse. This is the result
of blind faith. One of the greatest treasures of human beings is
rationality, and anything that goes against this human characteristic
is bound to be eventually destroyed.
Religion
is always plural in number – never singular. The synthesis of
religions means their annihilation. So religions
are many, but Dharma (spiritual goal) is
one. External paraphernalia are not
required for the practice of Dharma: the only prerequisite is a unit
mind. In
spiritual sádhaná (practise) there is no place for the
differences in nationality, race, language or religion.
Transformation
in human psychology will come about
through spiritual practices. The development of intuition will make
human beings more
spiritually inclined. One day the physical and psychic structure of
human beings will become divine. They will then lose their
fascination with the transitory world.
Human
love will be transformed into universal love if there is enough
secretion of the hormones from the solar plexus, that's why practise
of asanas (yoga posters) is also important. Vegetarians produce more
lymph because they get chlorophyll from grass and other green
vegetation. It is more easy for them to do spiritual practises. Much
research needs to be done on these subjects for the all-round welfare
of living beings.
As
a result of the sádhaná [spiritual practices] pituitary gland
starts to function tremendously. After getting proper spiritual
guidance, one's mind rises upwards from the pituitary gland to the
pineal gland, and with one's mind concentrated on the controlling
point of the pineal gland, one attains salvation within a short span
of time. The pituitary gland is psycho-spiritual in nature, and the
pineal gland is spiritual in nature.
All
genuine spiritualists will have to share the wealth of their
developed intellects with others to lighten the sorrows and
sufferings of humanity. Love, freedom and equality are its foundation
stones. We will all have to move together in unison – this will be
the model for the future.
Through
their guidance and leadership, human thinking will take a new
turn and move along an entirely new path. The latent spiritual power
in human beings will be awakened. The new people of a new generation
will be armed with a bold new optimism and vision of the future, and
march forward triumphantly. Spiritual renaissance is happening all
over the world, people are engaged with research and involvement in
spiritual activities.
Evolution
is guided by the all compassing spirit
in its effort to return to cosmic consciousness. In human being it's
expression is the yarning to unite the individual soul into cosmic
soul, to bridge the cap between the finite and the infinite.
….......................
Sarkar
also stated that in the future one should be careful
not to hurt the religious sentiments of others, but
he recommended that Deities (statues)
should be preserved in museums, and temples
should be restored to maintain the cultural and historical heritage
of religions.
….......................
Many
people and groups are putting lots of effort to change the more or
less destructive course on earth practically into benevolent society. Non can do it alone, but working side by side we can make it
possible and we should unite moral people and those who have moral courage.
