My comment: If so, there should start to be seen some signs soon, could be changing of top officials of IMF, WTO, UN etc, stopping of Iran war mongering, limiting oil use, taking down prises of gold, food and oil, totally new technological solutions, ending resource stealing from poor countries, etc. Naturally it would take time even to get started as negotiations might not be that easy.

Another thing is how much can be prevented happening, as many things are already on the edge of collapse? And how much they are able to change, if their ideation has been all their life to destroy, manipulate and control? Forgiveness can be done individually, but not on behalf of collective. Even if the OWO declares surrendering, I hope they are put to apologize, compensate, take punishments and prove that they are able to change before giving any money or rights.
